My Application to Run The NDP
Provincially in Ontario...
“President Brady,
It is with great enthusiasm that I re-submit my application to become the Provincial Director of the ONDP -- I’m sure that we will have a great working relationship, and I learned of the opening from my recent conversation with Penny -- in the time since my last application I’ve:
- run a coding school as centre director of Ultimate Coders High Park
- converted clients into my new project The Goldingcode Curriculum, which my team is asking the province to ‘install’ in Ontario schools
- begun talks with the Ultimate Coders CEO to work towards opening a University-Rosedale branch which I will operate, potentially an Ultimate Coders Rosedale
- ran a negative issue campaign against Chrystia Freeland, aiding our party’s ability to maintain its ideological independence from The Liberals, especially now in this this ‘post-deal’ era, in which Liberals have drifted far to the right and only the NDP has held true to its leftist origins
- ran for the TDSB, which is now under attack
- begun work on innovative voting software to allow voters to vote on whether they agree with their representative’s vote!
I continue to teach in the TDSB for The Leacock Foundation, and from my home piano studio in Kensington Market where I rent affordable rooms, thanks to rent control still existing!
The ONDP needs a director who:
a) demands real steps toward victory over the Ford dynasty, not merely performative opposition or Liberal support, which begins here, in Ontario, not Federally
b) demands real action on ABA reform, including a complete inquiry from CAS
c) supports a true leftist version of freedom of speech for the poor, not just for monied corporate interests
d) supports democracy in all its forms, wherever possible
e) aligns with the NDP’s true goals of protecting the vulnerable
